A tender grilled sirloin steak with sautéed mushrooms and melted swiss cheese.  Served on a malt roll. Perfect with pub fries and a frosty Nut Brown Ale.

The Rooster Burger
This is the best burger in town! A 1/3 pound Certified Black Angus Burger with lettuce, tomato and onion on our homemade malt roll.
Double it up - 2/3 pound of beef!

Bleus Burger
Our 1/3 pound Black Angus burger topped with Bleu cheese and crispy bacon on a malt roll. Too good to explain.

Southwest Mesa Burger
Our delicious Angus burger topped with fajita seasoning, guacamole and pico de gallo. It’s messy, but worth it! Try it with our haystack onions to complete the Southwest ambiance.

Shebang Burger
That’s right, it’s the whole shebang! Our big burger topped with melted cheddar and bacon. But it wouldn’t be the whole shebang if we stopped there. Topped with a giant grilled portobello mushroom cap, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

NY Strip Steak
A premium wet aged Black Angus steak, charbroiled to order.  Served with smashed potatoes and vegetable. This steak is what dreams are made of.

Take Me to Cuba Pork
Pork loin medallions marinated with Cuban spices and charbroiled.  Served with black beans and rice with fresh mango avocado salsa.  Ask your server to sing the Cuban national anthem to set the mood - bet they don’t know it!

Brewpub Sirloin
A fresh sirloin steak charbroiled to order and smothered with beer-braised mushrooms. Served with smashed potatoes and vegetable.
