Firehouse Blonde

Our lightest bodied beer, Firehouse Blonde has a restrained fruitiness and slight bitterness. Great with spicy foods!

Cocoa Porter

Our cocoa porter is a creamy robust brew. It is brewed with real cocoa and just a hint of vanilla. Originally a winter release, this beer may be sticking around for a while due to popular demand.

Summer Sky Hefeweizen

Rooster Fish's seasonal wheat beer, you can distinctly smell and taste a banana flavor produced by the yeast. In Germany, Hefeweizen is a breakfast beer... but you can enjoy it with any of our appetizers as a great snack.

Mad Monk Dunkelweizen

Our winter seasonal, Mad Monk Dunkelweizen is the darker cousin of our Hefeweizen. A subtle hint of chocolate malt cloaks the beer in a rich opaque brown as it wraps the banana character in a delicious bitter-sweet. The perfect beer to keep your "Mad Monk" at bay during the long cold winter.

Dogtooth Pale Ale

A dry pale ale with pleasant bitterness and flavorful hops. A true beer drinker's dream. Also good with spicy foods and seafood, try it with our jambalaya or salmon!

Hop Warrior Imperial IPA

This is the big boy! 120 IBU, lots of maltiness and 8.7 + ABV! A very tasty full flavored ale, our most popular. It has earned the tag line - "Watch out, the Warrior will get you!" Add $1 to pricing below.

Dark Nut Brown Ale

A rich, dark nut brown, it has deep flavors of roasted barley and chocolate. Not so bitter, very smooth. Great with a steak. Great with chocolate cake. Great alone. Our "Flagship" ale!

Old Cascade Amber

We brewed huge amounts of well-stored, aged New York State cascade hops. The theory was that we could create a beer with huge hop flavor and only moderate hop bite. We did just that - tasty!
