Rooster Fish Brewing began as nothing more than an experiment, with our brewmaster making the very first batch of Original Nut Brown right here in the same bakery where we scratch make all of our breads and desserts. That was 2004.

Now, Rooster Fish is one of the Finger Lakes’ most recognizable brands, and after several expansions and many new recipes, our award winning ales can be found across New York and Ohio, with new places to come as we grow.

Although we are now much larger than our humble beginnings, we still brew with the same ideals that we started with: we genuinely have fun with the brewing process, every beer is crafted by hand in small batches, and we take pride in every batch that is brewed.

Aspen Wit Ale

Brewed with Pilsen malt, wheat malt and unmalted wheat. Flavored with “gruit”, a combination of coriander, orange and bitter orange. White, crisp, refreshing, and unlike its namesake, no bite!

Firehouse Blonde

Refreshing! Light! Firehouse Blonde has a restrained fruitiness and slight bitterness. Great with spicy foods!

Summer Sky Hefeweizen

You can distinctly smell and taste a banana flavor with a clove finish produced by the yeast. In Germany, Hefeweizen is a breakfast beer.

Wee Heavy Scotch Ale

A sweet and malty scotch ale, with very slight bitterness and restrained hoppiness - it’s just a wee heavy. Great with fruits, pork, and the bagpipes.

Mysterious Amber

Caramel in color, you can taste notes of apricot and freshly baked bread - what do you think? Try it with a burger or steak!

Tripel Witch Ale

With a touch of sweetness from Belgian candy sugar, you’ll taste plum and a bit of spice in a very mellow, well balanced strong ale.

Dog Tooth Pale Ale

A traditional English Style dry pale ale with pleasant maltiness and flavorful hoppiness. A true beer drinker’s dream.

Hop Warrior Imperial IPA

100+ IBU, lots of maltiness and 8%+ ABV! A very tasty full flavored ale. It has earned the tag line “Watch out for the Warrior!” This one costs more for your own protection!

Original Dark Nut Brown

A rich, dark nut brown, it has deep flavors of roasted barley and chocolate. Not so bitter, very smooth. Great with steak. Great with cake. Great alone.

Raven Black IPA

Nothing traditional here! An IPA brewed with Black Patent Malt. Dry hopped. Very complex flavors.
